The purpose of this Biblical Equipping Program is to assist Pastors and teaching staffs in fulfilling the Scriptural mandates of the local church by using the Scriptures as our final authority for faith and practice to equip the Redeemed in each church to become Spiritually healthy, Spiritually strong and Spiritually productive members of the local gathering of the Body of Christ through four years of concentrated Biblical training  in which each individual will be trained in Biblical Knowledge, Biblical Doctrine and Biblical Living.

Ideally, the training in local churches would occur fifty weeks out of each year on Sundays and Wednesdays as follows:

-          Sunday School:  Biblical Knowledge

-          Sunday Afternoon:  Biblical Doctrine

-          Wednesday Night:  Biblical Living

 We offer these same classes in our Chandler facilities all on the same morning or evening for ease of attendance.

The three areas of focus are as follows: 

-          Biblical Knowledge:  Impart a working knowledge of the content, order and theme of Scripture to the end that each individual will ultimately be able to perform personal, in-depth Bible study and make personal application of the Scriptures to their own lives.

-          Biblical Doctrine:  Impart a working knowledge of the teachings of Scripture to the end that each individual will have a personal, working knowledge of what they believe, how to explain from the Scriptures what they believe and be able to effectively defend the teachings of the Scriptures against false doctrines.

-          Biblical Living:  Impart a working knowledge of how the Scriptures teach us to live, and aid each individual in developing Scriptural life habits to the end that each individual would become a Christ-like, fruitful, ministering, valuable member of the local gathering of the Body of Christ.

Recognitions of Completion are awarded to each individual as they complete each level of training as follows:

-          1 Year:  Certificate of Basic Bible Training (Semesters 1 and 2)

-          2 Year:  Certificate of Intermediate Bible Training (Semesters 3 and 4)

-          3 Year:  Certificate of Advanced Bible Training (Semesters 5 and 6)

-          4 Year:  Graduate of Biblical Training (Semesters 7 and 8)

Graduates of this equipping program are expected to be able to perform the duties of virtually any lay ministry position for which they are qualified within the local church.

While an education of this caliber often costs hundreds – even thousands of dollars per semester, we believe a quality Bible education should be available to everyone regardless of their financial abilities.  That is why we offer our classes on a “no-charge” basis.  We ask that churches pray for us faithfully and support us financially as they are able.  Additionally, we ask that the students give as they are able.
